Request Account Deletion

Shiftelix supports in-app Request Account Deletion for existing workspace members. This page explains the mobile request path, enterprise blocker handling, and the fallback path if you cannot access your account.

Request in app

  1. Sign in to the Shiftelix mobile app.
  2. Open More.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Open Account & Security.
  5. Select Request Account Deletion.
  6. Review the lifecycle guidance and complete the confirmation prompts.

Request Account Deletion removes access to Shiftelix. Simple employee cases may complete immediately, while manager, admin, owner, legal-hold, or multi-workspace cases can remain blocked or require additional desktop review.

What happens after a request

Request Account Deletion removes access to Shiftelix when the request can be completed safely. Some payroll, attendance, tax, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs.

For enterprise continuity, Shiftelix can block or defer completion when ownership transfer, admin continuity, manager reassignment, legal hold, or multi-workspace review is still required.

Leave Workspace is different

Leave Workspace exits one workspace membership while preserving broader Shiftelix identity access where applicable. It is different from Request Account Deletion, which targets Shiftelix account access across active memberships.

Can't sign in?

If you cannot access the app, email support@shiftelix.com with the subject line Request Account Deletion and include the email address on your Shiftelix account. We will verify ownership and process the request.
